The Registration fee includes:
· Delegate bag containing conference documents, including badges
· Access to all scientific sessions, posters and exhibition area
· One copy of the final programme and the conference proceedings
· Welcome Cocktail on Tuesday 7th October 2008

· Coffee breaks
· Working buffet lunches on Wednesday 8th October, Thursday 9th and Friday 10th of October '08
· Conference dinner on Wednesday evening October 8th

Cancellation
All cancellations of registration must be made in writing and addressed to the congress secretariat, Ultramar Express Congresos. No other means of cancellation will be considered.

Cancellations for registrations received:
Before .............. September 1st 2008: 80% refund
From ................ September 1st 2008: no refund

On-line Registrations and Hotel Booking can be processed until: 1st October 2008

The Congress Secretariat hours will be as follows:
Tuesday, 7th October 2008, 18.00 - 21.00 (Welcome cocktail)
Wednesday 8th October 2008, 08.00 - to the end of the sessions
Thursday 9th October 2008, 08.00 - to the end of the sessions

Reservations of accommodation will only be confirmed after Ultramar Express receives full payment of the requested booking.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Room availability can be only guaranteed for reservations received by 5 September 2008 (inclusive). After that date, Ultramar Express can not guarantee room availability of accommodation. All modifications or cancellations of bookings must be made by fax or e-mail. Ultramar Express can not accept changes by phone.
Cancellations received in writing up to 5 September 2008 (inclusive) will receive a 100% refund of the accommodation reservation fee.
No refunds will be provided for partial or total cancellations received after 5/09/08 (inclusive).
No refund will be provided for "No shows".
